TMI Graphics, accepted the award from Party Leader John Tory at the Party's Annual General Meeting attended by over 1,000 delegates in Ottawa, Ontario.

All nominated websites, were judged on the following criteria:"An excellent web site looks good and offers great content. The criteria for this award include both content and design. Quick and easy access is important, as is the ability to navigate the site. Relevant links always add value but should always be current. Websites can be used to recruit, inform and be a local source of entry to the bigger picture. A website is only effective if it is seen. Is the website included in Riding materials? What 'meta-tags', if any, are being used to get you noticed by search engines?

This individual is responsible for maintaining and regularly updating the Riding Website and using an e-mail list. Creativity, message consistency and site functionality (does the website assist in voter ID, communication - both internal and external, etc) should also be considered in evaluating various web sites."
